To book a place on a writing course at Abri Creative Writing at Gardoussel Retreat, a deposit of 300€ is required. The balance is due one week before the start of your event. Should you wish to cancel your holiday, please note your deposit is non-refundable within three months of the event start date. Single rooms will be allocated in a first-come, first-served basis. If we fill our quote of singles then we will ask the last ones in to share (twin rooms). The cost remains the same. If the course has to be cancelled (4 weeks before the start date) due to low attendance, or other extraneous factors, we will refund your deposit but cannot refund any travel expenses incurred. If you have already paid for travel, we can usually offer a self-catering stay in one of our lovely gîtes in place of the cancelled holiday. In this case, your deposit of 300€ will be retained to cover the cost for a single room and access to communal areas (kitchen, living room etc) for the week in question.
